摘要
股骨近端髓腔不规则的解剖形态与目前规则的假体杆柄不完全匹配,是引起术后假体松动的主要原因之一。新设计的分叉内锁式人工关节把现有假体规则性杆柄变为不规则,适应了股骨近端不规则性髓腔。并呈多平面、多点位锚固,多方向防止术后假体在髓腔内的早期蠕动和晚期的松动,给人工关节置换,带来一个新的方法和新的希望。
The irregular anatomical form of femoral Proximal marrow dismatch with the regular Pseudocorpus. hanale , is one of the main reasons to cause lessening of pseudocorpus after operation. The new designed artificial joint for Dranch interior locking form, which changes the regular pseudocorpus handle into the irregulat, and adapt to the irregular marrow cavity. It anchor in multiple point and plane, and prevent the pseudocorpus sliding in the marrow cavity after operation, and lessening in the terminal. It bring with a new mrthod for artificial throplasty and new holp.
