空心拉力螺钉联合张力带治疗髌骨下极骨折 被引量:1

INFERIOR POLAR FRACTURE OF THE PATELLA TREATED BY CANNULATED LAG SCREWS COMBINED WITH TENSION BAND

摘要 目的:观察空心拉力螺钉联合张力带治疗髌骨下极骨折的临床疗效。方法:空心拉力螺钉联合张力带治疗治疗髌骨下极骨折10例,并根据陆氏标准评价疗效。结果:术后随访24~72周,平均36周,患者全部获得随访,骨折全部愈合,90%达到优良标准,螺钉无松动、断裂,2例钢丝断裂。结论:空心拉力螺钉联合张力带治疗髌骨下极骨折的疗效满意,值得推广。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of cannulated lag screw combined with tension band on inferior polar fracture of the patella. Methods: 10 cases were treated by this combined method.The therapeutic efficacy was assessed according to Lus 'index. Results: All patients were followed up for an average of 36 weeks(24-72 weeks). All fractures were cured. The excellent rate was 90%. There were 2 cases with wire broken; no screw loosen or broken. Conclusion: The effect of combined method of cannulated lag screw and tension band for treatment of inferior polar fracture of the patella is quite satisfactory. It is advisable to use it in clinical nraclice.
