知识管理运作环境、知识管理流程与企业绩效的关系 被引量：2

Empirical Research on the Relationship among KM Operation Environment,KM Processes and Enterprise Performance

摘要 提出了"知识管理运作环境、知识管理核心流程与企业绩效关系"理论模型,利用AMOS7.0对来自企业的242个样本数据进行分析。得出了知识管理运作环境中的具体要素对知识管理核心流程和企业绩效的影响途径和影响程度。证实了知识管理战略对知识核心流程与企业绩效关系的调节作用。研究结果对我国企业实施知识管理项目的环境建设有一定参考价值。 A theoretical model about the relationship of KM operation environment, KM processes and enterprise performance is put forward. In order to examine the model, the data of 242 valid samples from the enterprises is analyzed by using of the AMOS 7.0 software. Affection path and degree of KM operation environment to KM processes and enterprise performance and KM Strategy＇s moderating effects to KM processes and enterprise performance is obtained. The study will help environment construction of the implementation of knowledge management in enterprise.
