摘要
本文对知识型企业的管理模式－ 知识管理的问题进行探讨，提出知识型企业应围绕知识链进行知识管理，阐述了知识链这个概念的含义和在知识管理中的作用。对三种管理模式：“人本主义”－ “知本主义”－ “资本主义”进行了比较分析，提出了知识管理的内容和原则以及知识管理中的风险回避。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is becoming an important problem in high technology based enterprise. In this paper, the authors study the problem of knowledge management systematically, The concept of knowledge chain and the management mode based on knowledge chain are advanced. The three type management mode of “Human being based management” are compared. The content and principle of knowledge management are proposed. In the last, risk avoiding problem in the knowledge management is discussed.
