摘要
高校扩招是时下的一个热门话题 ,然而 ,“扩招”是有条件和限度的———“扩招”不仅有一个从招生“不足→适量→过量”的数量扩大问题 ,而且还有一个招生扩大的速度和时机问题。要理性思考“扩招”和“教育生态平衡”、“教育先行”的关系 ,以免导致“扩招过量” ,带来不良影响。
Increased enrollment in institutions of higher learning should be based on some conditions and limits, which means not only a matter of the increase in amount “from insufficient to appropriate to excessive' but also of the rate and timing of increased enrollment. The relationship between “increased enrollment' and the balance of educational ecology ought to be reflected rationally in order to avoid the negative effects which “the excessive increased enrollment' brings about.
