摘要
采用数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心,以晶闸管为执行部件,运用模糊PID控制技术实现了电阻性负载及电机、变压器等电感性负载的平稳软启动以及调功调压。与传统PID控制器相比,模糊PID控制具有超调量小,鲁棒性强,自适应性强,调节时间短等优点。DSP的高速处理能力保证了系统运行的高可靠性,方便地实现了与其他设备的同步控制。
The DSP was adopted as the control core and the SCR was taken as the executive components.Fuzzy-PID control technique was used to realize the steady soft starting and voltage power regulation of the resistive load and inductive load (such as motor,transformer ect).Compared with the traditional PID controller,the fuzzy-PID controller has good dynamic response curve, small over modulation,good robustness, short response time.DSP causes the power supply to have good reliability and achieve the wide-domain constant frequence power regulation,so it is conveniently to communicate with other control units.
