摘要
针对工业设备的高精度功率调节问题,提出了一种新型智能调功控制器的设计方案;基于ARM处理器设计了控制器硬件子系统;基于模糊控制和嵌入式程序开发技术设计了软件子系统,通过闭环模糊控制方法对有效输出功率的大小和功率因数进行调节;实验结果表明,系统的输出功率均值在0~100%连续平滑可调,工作中产生的谐波分量和负载瞬态涌浪电流很小,对负载设备的干扰极低;模糊控制的引入使得功率调节速度大大提高,平均超调量显著减小,功率调节性能得到了明显改善;方案的实用价值较高,应用前景广阔。
For the problem of high precision power regulation of industrial equipment, a new design scheme of intelligent power control- lers is proposed. The controller hardware subsystem is designed based on ARM processor; Fuzzy control technology and embedded program development are used to design the fuzzy control software subsystems, through closed--loop fuzzy control method to adjust the effective size of the output power and power factor. Experimental results indicates that the system's output power is value in 0~100% continuous smooth can adiustable, work in the produced of harmonic component and load blink State swell current is small, interference on load device very low; fuzzy control of introduced makes power regulation speed greatly improve, average Super adjustable volume significantly reduces, power reg- ulation performance has obvious improved; Practical value of the project is higher, and its application prospects is broad.
