摘要
针对提高低压大功率调功器控制精确度的需要,设计了一种基于MSP430系列单片机的高精确度数字调功器.主回路在变压器初级侧进行三相交流调压,将三相交流输入变为二相交流输出,由单相变压器实现隔离.单片机应用数字PID控制算法控制可控硅的导通角,顺序驱动12只可控硅实现高精确度的功率调节.设计的调功器功率为50kW,可实现误差为0.01%的调节精确度,具有功率因数高、三相平衡度好等优点.
In order to improve the precision of power regulator of low voltage and high power, a power regulator of high precision is designed based on MSP430 family of microprocessor. The three-phase AC regulating is performed on the primary coil of transformer in the main circuit, changing the three-phase AC into two-phase AC. Then an one-phase transformer is used as isolation transformer. Microprocessor adopts the digital PID algorithm to trolling the conduction angle of SCR ( silicon controlled regulator), triggering 12 SCR s in turn to realize the power rectify with high precision. The power regulator is designed with power of 50kW and precision of 0. 01%. It has the advantage of high power factor and high three-phase balance.
