摘要
从环境经济学的相关理论出发，从资源价值论、外部不经济论。
Based on the environmental economics theories,resource value theory,external diseconomy theory,compensation principle and marginal opportunity cost theory were studied as the basis theories of ecological environmental compensation of mineral resources in this paper.
