摘要
本文依据水溶性抗磨剂的分子设计观点,合成了含硫硼酸酯。利用四球试验机和摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究,考察了在合成含硫硼酸酯时加入硫化物的次序对性能的影响。并探讨了它们的减摩抗磨作用机理。
In accodance with the molecular design viewpoint of water soluble antiwear additives, we have synthesized a S-contained organic borate. Its friction and wear properties was tested by a four-ball machine and friction and wear tester. The series adding sulphur to borate has an effect on the tribological properties during synthesizing. Its action mechanism is discussed in the paper.
