摘要
本文研究了由1-十八醇合成2-甲基二十酸及产物的润滑性。1-十八醇与冰醋酸经酯化反应得到醋酸十八酯、再裂解成1-十八烯,收率78%。1-十八烯与丙酸经自由基加成得2-甲基二十酸,收率45%。产物的润滑性优于油酸,起泡性大大低于油酸。
The papar has studied Synthesis of 2-methyleicosanoic acid from 1-octadecanol and lubrity of product, 1-octadecanol and glacial acetic acid after esterification gave the octadecyl acetate, then was pyroted to obtain 1-octadecene, with yield was 78%. 1-octadecene and propanoic acid by free-radical addition gave 2-methyleicosanoic acid, with yield was 45%, Lubricity of product prevail over the oleic acid, and its foamability is much low than the oleic acid.
