摘要
在溶胶凝胶法的基础上,通过添加不同量的活性炭到凝胶当中的方法,制备了纳米级的钙钛矿催化剂,采用了XRD、TEM对催化剂进行了表征;用此催化剂制作了双功能氧电极,用Tafel曲线进行了分析,对氧电极充放电性能进行了测试,并与未添加活性炭进行改性的催化剂进行了对比。结果表明,添加了活性炭的催化剂其粒径都较小,且各项电化学性能都好于未添加活性炭的催化剂,其中按物质的量比金属离子∶活性碳为2∶3制备的催化剂B晶体粒径最小,极化电流密度最大,充放电性能最佳。
Prepared nano-particle perovskite style catalyst by addition activate carbon into the gel on the based of sol-gel method, and the structure was characterized by XRD and TEM. Bifunctional oxygen electrode was prepared with it, and oxygen electrode was analyzed with Tafel curve, charging and discharging performances of oxygen electrode was tested and contrasted with perovskite style catalyst without addition activate carbon. The results showed that particle of perovskite style catalyst addition activate carbon decreased, and electrochemical performances turned out to be better than that without addition activate carbon, the diameter of catalyst B is the smallest and polarization current density proved to be the biggest and charging and discharging properties turned out to be the best.
