钙钛矿型A位掺杂复合氧化物La_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-δ)的光催化活性研究 被引量:19

Studies on Photocatalysis Activity of Perovskite Type Composite oxides Doped in A sites La_(1-x)Sr_x CoO_(3-δ)

摘要 用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿型La1-xSrxCoO3-δ复合氧化物,用XRD、XPS、EDS、红外、紫外等技术进行了表征,测定了其对活性艳红等水溶性染料光催化脱色的活性.结果表明:在A位掺Sr2+,由于产生较多氧空位,表面非晶格活性氧量增加,使LaCoO3的光催化活性明显提高,其中La0.9Sr0.1CoO3-δ效果最佳. A series of composite oxides La1-xSrxCoO3-6 ( x = 0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08, 0.1,0.2,0.3, 0.4,0.5 ) were prepared by citrate sol-gel method. The LaCoO3 and La1-xSrxCoO3-6 was studied with XRD, XPS, EDS, IR, UV . The photodegradation experiments of water-soluble dyes were carried out in the suspension of La1-xSrxCoO3-6 as the photocatalysts. The results show that the doping can notly improve the photocatalysis activity of LaCoO3 and La0.9Sr0.1CoO3-6 were the best one.
