摘要
用液相沉积法(LPD)在变形镁合金AZ31表面制备了TiO2薄膜,该薄膜由均一的锐钛型TiO2颗粒构成;对薄膜X射线衍射得到其平均晶粒直径约100 nm;SEM观察表明,薄膜表面颗粒均匀,有一定的晶体学外观,粒径约150 nm^200 nm;薄膜的厚度约7μm.研究了薄膜在3.5%NaCl溶液中对镁合金的保护作用,结果表明:水解温度和沉积时间对薄膜的保护作用影响最大;35℃恒温水解,沉积20 h,在400℃下烧结2 h所得的薄膜对基体的保护效果最好.
TiO2 coatings on AZ31 substrate were prepared by a liquid phase deposition process. The films consist of particles with characteristic appearance of anatase. The measured size by SEM observation of deposited crystals on the surface is between 150 nm and 200 nm. However the average grain size of the anatase measured by XRD is 100nm. The thickness of the films is about 7μm. The protectiveness of the films in the Cl^- containing solution was studied. The result shows that the hydrolysis temperature and the deposition time affect the corrosion resistance of the coating most intensively. And the films hydrolyzed at 35℃, deposited for 20 h and calcined at 400℃ for 2 h have optimal anticorrosion property.
