THE STRUCTURE,COMPOSITION AND PROPERTIES OF THE PASSIVE FILM FOR Ti ALLOY

摘要 SST-861钛合金钝化膜的 X 射线衍射和表面能谱测试结果表明,钝化膜的主要成分为 TiO_2.电位、温度对钛合金钝化膜的性质和膜的形成均有影响,在低温下形成的钝化镆性质稳定,腐蚀速度慢. The X-ray diffraction measurement and XPS show that the composition of the passive film is essentially TiO_2 for SST-861Ti alloy.Potential and temperature affeet on the properties and for- mation of the passive film.There are steadier properties and small lower corrosion rate for the film formed at low temperature.
