摘要
农业水资源价值的计算对灌区农业用水价格的制定具有重要的意义,同时也可用于对农业用水向其它类型用水转移时所受的经济损失进行估算。因此,当前将农业用水当作商品并计算其价值逐渐成为热点,尤其是在发展中国家的大型灌区和干旱、半干旱地区。对农业水资源价值的计算方法进行了综述,总结了农业水资源价值计算的两种方法,并列举了具体的计算模型和公式,提出了农业水资源价值计算中应考虑的问题,为进一步研究农业水资源价值提供参考。
Accounting the economic value of water in agriculture was not only very important for establishing water price in irrigation districts in order to maintain irrigation sustainable development, but also helpful to estimate economic loss when water in agriculture converts into other water utilities. So it was more and more important to take water in agriculture as commodity and account its economic value, especially in large irrigation districts of developing countries and arid and semi - arid regions. In tlds paper, two methods of accounting the economic value of water in agriculture were pointed out. At the same time, some mathematic models and expressions also were enumerated. Finally, It was put forward that some issues should be taken into account in accounting the economic value of water in agriculture.
