摘要
分析了在电子商务环境下顾客忠诚驱动因素,运用模糊综合评价的方法得出了电子商务环境下顾客忠诚度的评价模型。
This paper analyzes the factors driving the customer loyalty under the environment of E-commerce, and obtains the evaluation mode of customer loyalty degree under the environment of E-commerce with fuzzy synthetic evaluation.
