摘要
随着骨肉瘤化疗研究的不断深入,新辅助化疗疗效评价方法成为近年来骨肉瘤化疗研究的热点。作者从病理组织学、影像学检查、分子生物学水平检测的3个方面对骨肉瘤新辅助化疗疗效评价方法的进展情况作一综述。
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy evaluation methods are becoming the focus of osteosarcoma chemotherapy research in recent years. This paper updates the evaluation methods of osteosarcoma neoadjuvant chemotherapy in such aspects as pathological histology, imaging studies, and the examination of molecu lar levels.
