摘要
目的在骨肉瘤的治疗中,化疗逐渐成为重要的治疗手段,而化疗的护理质量直接影响患者预后。文中旨在观察骨肉瘤患者在接受化疗过程中出现的各种不良反应,探讨有效的护理措施。方法选取接受化疗即术前化疗+手术+术后化疗的50例患者,采用调节饮食、加强心理护理、合理选择静脉等方法,并密切观察化疗药物的不良反应。结果50例患者均出现不同程度的骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损害、胃肠道反应;18例患者出现静脉炎;无皮肤坏死及心脏毒性反应等发生;无护理并发症的发生。结论做好患者的心理护理、饮食护理,选择及保护好静脉,并做好用药后的护理,是顺利完成骨肉瘤新辅助化疗的关键。
Objective Chemotherapy is becoming an important therapeutic approach to the management of osteosarcoma, and the quality of its related nursing care has a direct influence on the prognosis of the disease. This study was to observe the adverse reactions of osteosarcoma patients undergoing chemotherapy and search for effective nursing care measures. Methods We selected 50 patients undergoing pre- and post-operative chemotherapy. We conducted nursing care for these patients by adjusting their diet, strengthening psychological care and rationally choosing venipuncture methods, and closely observed the adverse effects of chemothera- peutics. Results Different degrees of bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney dysfunction, and gastrointestinal tract reactions were observed in all the patients, and phlebitis in 18 cases, but there were no skin necrosis and cardiac toxic reactions, nor nursing- related complications. Conclusion Good psychological and dietary care, rational choice and protection of puncture veins, and high-quality post-medication nursing play an essential role in successful chemotherapy for osteosarcoma patients.
