摘要
为降低自排风式转杯纺纱机除尘系统的能耗,根据自排风式转杯纺纱机的工作特点,提出了新的排风除尘设计方法。根据各排风口静压要求分别进行排风,以保持除尘器入口压力一致,并降低除尘器运行负压。改造后对降低能耗、改善车间环境、减轻劳动强度具有较好的效果。
According to working speciality of automatic air-exhauster rotor spinning frame, new design method of air-exhauster and dusting was proposed to reduce energy consumption of dusting system of automatic air-exhauster rotor spinning frame. The innovation demands air-exhauster separately according to hydrostatic pressure in each air-exhauster exit to guarantee same pressure in dust extractor entrance and reduce negative pressure of dust extractor. The innovation can reduce energy consumption, improve workshop environment and reduce labor strength effectly.
