摘要
通过对当前政府投资项目代建单位绩效考评存在问题的分析,结合政府投资项目代建制特点及项目管理特点,遵循指标设置的基本原则,构建了政府投资项目代建单位绩效考评指标体系,引入层次分析法(AHP)、模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)以及数据包络法(DEA)相结合的AFD综合评价模型,并列举了应用算例。
According to analyses of the existing problems in the evaluation of agent of government investment project, combining with the characters of the substituted construction system of the government invested project and the project management, a performance evaluation index system of the agent of government invested project was constructed, fdlowing the basic principles of the index settlement. It introduces the AHP, the fuzzy evaluation mode, and the ADF comprehensive evaluation mode based on DEA, and gives some practical examples.
