摘要
针对传统RLC参数测量仪器的不足加以改进,利用计算机的硬件资源结合图形化编程语言LABVIEW,设计了虚拟RLC参数自动测量系统。介绍了测量系统的基本组成框图和软件设计方法,重点介绍了基于PCI总线的RLC元件参数测量板卡的设计。该RLC参数自动测量系统在测量时由PC机自动换挡,实现了测量系统的智能化。
By improve the performance of the traditional RLC parameter measurement system, an RLC parameter automatic measurement system is designed using computer hardware and LABVIEW, The design method of the hardware and the software of the system are presented. And the design method of the RLC parameter measurement card based on PCI is introduced. The RLC automatic measurement system can shift gears automatically by computer, and has realized the measuring appliance intellectualization,
