摘要
目的评价奈达铂(NDP)联合5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗晚期头颈部癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法对34例晚期头颈部癌患者给予NDP80mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;5-Fu500mg/m2,静脉滴注,每日1次,第1～5天,每21天为1个周期,至少应用2个周期。结果34例患者中32例可评价疗效,CR2例,PR12例,SD13例,PD5例;总缓解率为43.8%;中位缓解期(TTP)4.9个月;中位生存期(MST)9.5个月。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制。结论奈达铂联合5-氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期头颈部癌疗效较好,毒副作用小。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Nedaplatin （NDP） combined with 5-Fluorouracil（5-Fu） in the treatment of patients with advanced head and neck cancer. Methods 34 patients with advanced head and neck cancer were included in the study. The patients were given NDP 80 mg/m^2 intravenously in dl ,and 5-Fu 500 mg/m^2 intravenously from d1 to d5. The chemotherapy were repeated every 21 days. The treatment results were reviewed after 2 cycles of chemotherapy. Resalts Of the 34 patients included,32 were evaluable for efficacy and toxicities. The overall response rate was 43.8% ,including 2 cases of CR and 12 cases of PR. 13 cases had SD and 5 cases had PD, respectively. The median response duration was 4.9 months. The median survival time was 9.5 months. The main toxicity was bone marrow suppression. Conclusion NDP and 5-Fu combination is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced head and neck cancer. The toxicities are minimum and tolerable.
