摘要
作者共收治128例病理证实的晚期和/或复发头颈癌。64例用异环磷酰胺(IFO)1.5g/m^2×5天治疗,58例可评价,其中6例CR,25例PR,总有效率53％;另外64例采用IFO1.5g/m^2和DDP10mg/m^2各5天联合化疗,54例可以评价,其中7例CR,29例PR,总有效率67％。每4星期重复疗程,每例病人接受3疗程化疗。所有病人均可见到不同程度恶心、呕吐、脱发和白细胞下降。
128 patients with histo logically proven squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck advanced and / or recurrent were treated with a single drug therapy of Ifosfamide 1.5gms/m2 Ⅳ drip for half an hour in 125ml of dextrose saline for 5 days and Mesna 20% of the total Ifosfamide dose in 3 doses for 5 days, or in combination with cisplatinum 10 mg/ m2 Ⅳ infusion for 5 days following Ifosfamide drip. The courses of treatment were repeated at me interval of every four weeks and total 3 cycles were given. Out of 128 patients 64 received Ifosfamide alone and 64 received Ifosfamide with cisplatinum. 6 CR and 25 PR (Total response 53%) were observed in 58 evaluable patientsof Ifosfamide group and 7 CR and 29 PR (Total respnse 67%) were observed in 54 evaluable patients of combination group. Nausea, vomiting, alopecia and leucopenia was experienced by all patients.
