摘要
用乐脉颗粒对54例冠心病患者进行为期4周的观察治疗，结果表明：稳定型和不稳定型心绞痛发作频率、持续时间均减少（P＜0．001）。TG、LDL-C降低分别达28．92％、20．91％（P＜0．05）．而HDL-C升高19．44％（P＜0．05）。血液流变学指标ηp和EPT分别降低10．30％和14．26％（P＜0.01）；ηb和Fibg降低为4．32％和6．54％（P＜0．05）．用药后未见明显毒副作用．
Fifty four patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were treated with le Mei gran-ule(LMG), which was prepared from several chinese herbal medicines, for 4 weed. The results showed that both the occurrence frequence and duration of stable or unstable angina of CHD were markedly decreased(P< 0.01 ). After the treatment of LMG, serum total cholesterol (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were reduced by 28. 9% and 20. 91% (P<0.05, respectively.High density lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C) was elevated by 19.44% (P<0.05). In the hemorrhe-ology determine, ηp and EFT wre depressed by 10. 30% and 14. 26%respectively (P<0.01). The reduction rates of ηb and Fibg in CHD seperately were 4. 32% and 6.54% (P<0.05). No severe side effect was found in the couse of therapy with LMG. These findings indicate that LMG may be used as an ideal drug in treatment of CHD.
