钒对耐火耐候钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索V对耐火耐候钢组织和性能的影响,采用相变仪、电子显微镜、相分析和拉伸等方法,研究了V对CCT曲线、不同热轧工艺条件下显微组织及室温和600℃拉伸性能的影响,探讨了微观组织与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明向钢中添加V可以提高相变温度,而0.20%V促进铁素体的形成;V在钢中的作用取决于其析出相,随钢中V含量增加,析出V量增加,析出物数量相应增加并细化;对于0.60%Mo耐火耐候钢,要得到高的高温屈服强度和YS比,组织中必须引入适当比例的贝氏体。 In order to investigate the influence of vanadium on the microstmcture and properties of fire - resistant weathering steel, the effect of vanadium on CCT diagram, microstructure and tensile properties at both room temperature and high temperature up to 600℃ with different kinds of hot - rolling process are researched by dilatometer, electronic microscope, phase analyzing, tensile test and so on. The relationship of the microstructure and property is analyzed. It is found that adding vanadium can raise the temperatures of phase change. The function of vanadium depends on the amount of precipitated phase, which would be finer and denser as the amount of adding vanadium rising, whereas the addition of V increasing from 0.10% to 0.20% promotes the formation of polygonal fenite. The present of proper bainite fraction in the microstructure is essential for fire - resistant weathering steel in order to obtain enough high- temperature yield strength and high yield strength ratio (YS ratio).
