摘要
对一种低屈强比建筑用耐火钢进行实验研究 ,介绍了实验钢的化学成分、实验工艺、力学性能等 ,重点论述了合金元素、组织等对钢的屈强比、高温强度的影响。结果表明 ,该钢具有良好的综合机械性能 ,组织为铁素体基体加贝氏体第二相 ,因此获得低的屈强比。合金元素 Cr、Mo、Nb等的加入有效地提高了钢的高温性能。
This article makes an experimental study of low yield ratio fire-resistant steel for buildings,describes chemical composition,experimental process and mechanical properties,etc.With emphasis put on the effect of alloy elements,structure on yield ratio and high temperature strength of the steel.the results show that the steel has excellent combined mechanical properties with its structure being ferritic matrix plus secondary phase of bainite,therefore with low yield ratio,the high temperature properties of the steel has been effectively enhanced with addition of such alloying elements as Cr,Mo,Nb,etc.
