本文介绍了对微波等离子体炬(MPT)所作的改进。说明了改进后微波等离子体炬的结构、分析性能及应用情况。证明微波等离子体炬是一种激发能力强、分析性能良好、使用方便的光源。
The structure of an early reported microwave plasma torch (MPT)was improved. The details of the improvement arc described. The analytical perfor-mance and applications of the new MPT are explained. Practical applications show that the MPT is a convenient optical souree with strong excitation power and excellent analytical performance.
