摘要
通过菌落形态、革兰氏染色、生化试验、运动力检查、全血平板凝集试验以及动物致病性试验对死亡麻鸡组织中分离的细菌进行了鉴定,确定为鸡白痢沙门氏菌。通过药敏试验证明,麻鸡白痢沙门氏菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、卡那霉素、氟苯尼考、利福平高度敏感,对头孢噻肟、头孢拉啶、头孢曲松纳、庆大霉素、泰乐菌素、硫红霉素、粘杆菌素、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星以及恩诺沙星不敏感。麻鸡白痢沙门氏菌分别与双黄连和三黄片两种中药作用后,大多数抗菌药物的抑菌环都扩大0.6~6.3mm,部分药物的敏感性发生了变化。
The Salmonella was identified from dead Ma chicken tissue by morphological, germicuhure, biochemical characteristics, motion ability inspection, protocaol of whole blood plate agglutination test and capsular tests. The result of resistance test showed that the Ma chicken Salmonella pullorum was highly sensitive to amoxillin, ampicillin, kanamycin, florfenicol, rifadin, and resistant to cefotaxim, ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, gentamicin, tylosin, erythromycin, polymyxin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin. The zone diameter of majority antibiotic was expanded by 0.6 -6.3 mm and some medicamentous sensitivity changed when Samonella was treated with Shuanghuanglian and Sanhuangpian.
