摘要
将复方蛇床子涂膜剂中单味药及不同组合制成煎剂,用平板法观察各煎剂对无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用,并测定了各煎剂对奶牛乳房炎病原无乳链球菌LDH酶活力的抑制浓度。结果显示,无论是单味药蛇床子、金银花,还是组合金银花-紫花地丁-蒲公英和蛇床子-紫花地丁-蒲公英及复方蛇床子涂膜组方都有抑菌效果,以复方蛇床子涂膜组方效果最好;蛇床子、金银花、金银花-紫花地丁-蒲公英和蛇床子-紫花地丁-蒲公英组合在0.062 5 g/m l时均可降低无乳链球菌LDH酶活力。复方蛇床子涂膜剂中的药物成分可能是通过抑制LDH酶而起抑菌作用的。
To study antibacterial effect in vitro and antibacterial mechanism of several Chinese herbal medicines in Fructus cnidii balm, the decoctions from single and compound medicine of compound Fructus cnidit balm were prepared, and the inhibitions of the decoctions to Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalatiae and Staphylococcus aureas were observed by plating method. The effects of these decoctions on LDH of Streptococcus agalactiae were also determined. Both single and compound medicines had obvious inhibition effect, the antibacterial effect of compound Fructus cnidit balm was better. Honeysuckle flower, Fructus cnidii and two compositions (one was Honeysuckle flower-Tokyo violet-Mongolian, another was Fructus cnidit-Tokyo violet-Mongolian ) could decrease the activity of LDH at 0. 0625 g/ml. Compound Fructus cnidit balm could inhibit bacterial growth by decreasing the activity of LDH.
