摘要
研究了6063 T6铝合金挤压棒材的晶粒度,确定了合金的最佳化学成分、挤压工艺参数、淬火和时效制度。达到了减小制品晶粒度的目的,产品性能满足用户的使用要求。
The process on reducing products grain fineness of extruded bar with 6063 aluminium alloy is studied. The chemical composition, process parameter, quenching and artificial aging method of alloy are confirmed,achieved the requirements of reducing products grain fineness.The properties of products meet with the customer demands.
