用电泳技术分析了大白菜(BrasicacampestrisL.sp.pekinesis)49个品种苗的葡萄糖磷酸变位酶(PGM)、过氧化物酶(POX)、脂酶(EST)和6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6-PGD)的同功酶谱,以及种子水溶蛋白(PROT)的图谱。从中分析了13个表现出品种之间多样性的位点。根据这些位点上带型的差异,可以区分供试的所有大白菜品种。图谱上品种之间的差异位点。
varieties of Chinese cabbage representing the major crop types were tested for polymorphism. Phosphoglucomutase (PGM),peroxidase (POX),esterase (EST),6-phosphogluconate dehydrgenase (6-PGD) and general protein were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 13 isozyme loci were found showing genetic polymophism among the varieties. Two polymorphic loci were detected respectively for PGM. Each of the loci was confirmed to show monogeric segregation which was independent of each other. In the POX and EST zymograms of the varieties,three and four loci were observed,In the 6-PGD zymograms of the varieties just one loci was observed with three types. According to the band difference of the loci the forty-nine varieties could be distinguished. Cluster analysis of the 13 loci within the varieties indicated that the varieties with nearer growth phase were more closely in genetic distance. All the loci identified in this study showed codominance and multiple alleles,and were found to be useful in the determination of genetic purity of hybrid seed or in variety identification.
