摘要
为了扩大板栗的栽培区,改造东北栎属次生林,通过两年的时间,对栎属上嫁接栗属、砧穗和嫁接树叶片过氧化物酶同功酶的分析,结果表明:栎属和栗之间,虽然过氧化物酶同功酶谱谱差很大,但也有共同的酶谱带,说明它们有亲缘关系。本试验还证明酶谱带数与嫁接亲和力无关,而平均酶谱迁移率越小,其嫁接亲和力越强;过氧化物酶同功酶的活性差异越大,其嫁接亲和力越差。
Peroxidase isoenzyme was analyzed with grafting Chestnut on Oak, stockscion and grafting leaves for two years in order to expand area of culturing Chinese chestnut and reform northeast Oak secondary forest.The result showed that there is common zymogram zone,although isoenzyme zymogram types of peroxidase are very different between Oak and Chestnut. This proved that they have blood relationship.It has been proved that the- re is no relations between the number of zymogram zones and grafting af- finity.The less the average zymogram mobility,the stronger the grafting affinity.The more different the activity of peroxide isoenzyme,the weaker the grafting affinily。
