摘要
基于金属薄壁圆管圆角模外翻实验中的变形特点,提出了一种新的将管壁自由翻卷区经向曲率半径视作变量的分析模型,并利用该模型解析了利用直角圆角模稳定外翻成形金属双层管件时的应力、变形力与管件成形后的外层尺寸.算例表明:由此新模型算得的成形参数比传统模型得出的参数更接近已有文献中的实测数据,因而可应用根据这一模型推出的解析式来预测管件外翻成形所需的翻管力与成形后的尺寸,或由管件尺寸确定外翻管模所需的圆角半径.
Based on the deformation characteristics of thin-walled round metal tubes in experiments of external inversion process on fillet die, a new analytical model is put forward in which the longitudinal curvature radius in the free curling region of tube wall was treated as variable, and the stress, forming force as well as the outer-layer size of a tubular piece in a steady external inversion process on rightangled fillet die were formulated. Examples indicate that the forming parameters derived from the new model are closer to the experimental data than that of traditional one, so the resulting formulas can be used for predicting the inverting force and final size of a tubular piece, or determining die-fillet-radius according to the size of a piece.
