摘要
采用塑性流动理论及幂函数强化模型,推导出了综合材料参数(n,R)、几何参数(D,t)、润滑条件(μ)影响的圆角模外翻力学解析的常微分方程,结合材料各向异性屈服准则,运用龙格库塔数值计算法,得出了考虑各种因素影响的管材翻转成形稳定流动的数值分析结果。并用于数值模拟成形过程。经实验验证,本数值分析结果与实验结果吻合良好。
A further research of the inversion forming has been carried out in this study.Considering the material characterization,product geometry and lubrecation condition,an ardinary differential equation is derived by using p lastic flow theory and strain hardening model of power function combining with the anisotropic yield criterion and using Runge Kutta method,the numberical solution of steady flow process in the inside out inversion is gotten and it is aplied to the process of numerical simulation,and it agrees with the experimental result very well.
