Economicality and reliability of power distributing system is something connected to people's life,
industrial and agricultural production. The article briefly describes the primary and secondary apparatus in
the power distributing systems, the technical performance and structural parameters of a kind of automatic
distributing system resulting from integration of primary technology with secondary technology.
