摘要
探讨高压治疗周围神经修复的作用机理及影响疗效的因素。方法：分析１９９４－１９９６年间７２例共９０条周围神经修复术后，高压氧治疗组与高压氧治疗组疗效。结果：高压氧治疗组优良率达８０．８％，高于对照组的６０．０％（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：高压氧治疗有助于周围神经修复术后功能恢复。
Aim: To investigate the effect and action of the hyper- baric oxygen after rapaired peripherical nerve injuried. Methods:72 cases with peripherical neive injuried were re-paired but 32 cases with treated aditional HEO after operat-ed from 1994 to 1996. Results:The survival rate of HBO wasincreased (P<0. 05).Conclusion: The results snggest thatafter peripherical nerve repaired with HBO may facilitate therecoverty of nerve function
