摘要
目的探讨钬激光治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的临床效果。方法使用钬激光行筛前神经终末区域烧灼及下鼻甲粘膜下激光凝固治疗PAR患者37例,并比较治疗前后症状及体征分级记分。结果治疗后症状及体征记分均有明显下降,差异有显著性意义(p<0.01),有效率89.19%。随访一年复发率24.32%。结论钬激光治疗能安全、有效的改善PAR患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ho ： YAG laser in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis （ PAR ）. Methods 37 cases of PAR anterior-ethmoid nerve cautery were performed with Ho ： YAG laser. Efficacy was evaluated by measurement of nasal symptom scores and sign scores. Results All the parameters measured were improved after the treatment, the scores were significantly less than those before the treatment（p 〈 0.01 ）. The overall effective rate was 89.19%. after one year＇s follow-up, the recurrence rate was 24.32%. Conclusion the treatment with Ho：YAG laser is effective and safe in alleviating the symptoms of perennial allergic rhini- tis.
