摘要
目的探讨比较钬激光及硝酸银治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的临床效果。方法PAR患者62例分为2组,分别使用钬激光及硝酸银行筛前神经终末区域及下鼻甲粘膜烧灼。对比两组有效率及治疗前后症状与体征分级评分。结果治疗后症状评分均有明显改善(P<0.01),体征评分激光组优于硝酸银组(P<0.05);随访1年激光组显效率及总有效率高于硝酸银组(P<0.05),且复发率较低。结论钬激光治疗PAR能更有效,持久的改善临床症状。
Objective To compare the efficacy between Ho： YAG laser and silver nitrate in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR）. Methods 62 cases of PAR were assigned into two groups with 31 patients in each group and treeted with anterior-ethmoid nerve eautery. One group were performed with Ho： YAG laser and the other performed with silver nitrate. Compare the effective rate of the two groups by evaluated the measurement of nasal symptom scores and sign scores. Results the nasal symptom scores were significantly less than those before the treatment （P〈0.01）.the sign scores of laser group were significantly less than control group （P〈0.05）.after one year＇s follow-up The overall effective rate of laser group was better than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions the treatment with Ho：YAG laser is effective and safe in alleviation the symptoms of PAR.
