摘要
目的:观察鼻内镜手术联合微波热凝治疗合并有鼻中隔偏曲的常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:98例伴有鼻中隔偏曲的常年性变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为两组,A组62例在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术,同时联合微波热凝筛前神经终末区域,B组36例在鼻内镜下单独行微波热凝下鼻甲、鼻丘及与鼻丘对应的鼻中隔等筛前神经终末区域,记录术前和术后病人症状和体征的改变。结果:术后随访1个月,A组总有效率为100%;B组总有效率为94.4%,两组间近期疗效差异无显著性,P>0.05。术后1年,A组总有效率为96.8%;B组总有效率为80.6%,两组间远期疗效差异具有显著性,P<0.05。结论:对伴有鼻中隔偏曲的常年性变应性鼻炎患者,鼻内镜手术结合微波热凝治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery and microwave coagulation for perennial allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation. Method ：98 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups （A and B）, 62 cases of A group were treated with nasal septum correction and anterior ethmoidad never microwave coagulation under nasal endoscopy. 36 cases of B group were treated with anterior ethmoidad never microwave coagulation under nasal endoscopy. Result：Total effeetive rate of one month after operation was 100% in A group,94. 4% in B group, there was not significant difference, P 〉 0. 05. one year after operation, total effective rate was 96. 8% in A group, 80.6% in B group, there was significant difference, P 〈 0. 05. between two groups. Conclusion： It is a safely effective therapy for perennial allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation to apply septum correction and anterior ethmoidal nerve microwave coagulation under nasal endoscopy.
