摘要 组织工程皮肤是目前组织工程领域研究的热点,也是该领域发展最成熟的。国外许多产品已经被美国食品药品管理局批准进入临床应用。供研究和应用的组织工程皮肤主要包括表皮替代物、真皮替代物、全层皮肤替代物。已广泛应用于烧伤、溃疡、皮肤病的治疗中。 Tissue engineering skin is a focal point of tissue engineering researches, and has been studied most maturely. Many foreign products of tissue engineering have been approved for clinical application by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Tissue engineering skin has evolved from epidermal replacement and dermal replacement to composite skin replacement, and is widely used in the treatment of bums, ulcers and some dermatologic diseases. In this article, sorts and applications of tissue engineering skin are reviewed.
