摘要 人造生物皮肤是世界上第一种获得FDA(美国食品与药物管理局)批准的组织工程产品,它为临床解决皮肤缺损的修复提供了良好的前景。现从表皮、真皮、复合皮肤替代物等方面对该领域的最新研究现状进行综述,分析皮肤组织工程目前存在的问题及未来发展方向。 Bioartificial skin is the first commercial product of tissue engineering that was approved by the US Food and Drug AdministrationFDA. It has wonderful prospect for clinics to radically settle the problem of restoration of skin defects. The recent development of artificial skin was reviewed, then the related questions existed and future directions in skin substitutes research were also speculated on. [
