摘要
接骨七厘片是中药复方。本文应用接骨七厘片和对照药物对１５０例骨折患者进行了临床观察研究。结果表明：接骨七厘片有效率达９７％，与对照组比较（Ｐ＜０．０１）有非常显著差异。在骨痂Ｘ线评分、消肿、止痛等方面进行统计学处理（Ｐ＜０．０１），均表明接骨七厘片优于对照药物组。从而证明接骨七厘片具抗炎、镇痛、改变局部血循环及氧供给和促进骨折愈合的作用。
Tablet of Seven-Li for Bone-knitting (TOSLFBK) is a compound prescription of Chinese drugs.This paper used TOSLFBK to have a clinical study in 150 cases of bone fracture with the control drug.The result showed that the effective rate of TOSLFBK is 97% compared with the control group (P<0.01) with a remarkable difference.The statistics showed that TOSLFBK is better than the control group (P<0.01)in respects of callus X-ray evaluation,detumescence and analgesia.Thus prove that TOSLFBK have the effects of anti-inflammation,analgesia improvement the local blood circulation and oxygen supply and promotion of fracture healing.So we consider that TOSLFBK is an ideal drug in the clinic of traumatology and orthopedics.
