摘要
目的分析鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗骨折常见用药方案,为临床应用鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗骨折提供借鉴。方法收集26家医院使用鹿瓜多肽注射液的住院患者13554例,采用Apriori算法建立模型,使用Clementine12.0进行关联分析,分析联用核心中药、联用核心西药、联用核心中西药3种结果。结果基于核心药物复杂网络图、核心药物关联规则图、核心药物2项频繁项集分布表分析,核心药物节点度分布表,显示:鹿瓜多肽注射液多联合应用的中药分别是金天格胶囊、脉血康胶囊、接骨七厘片、跌打七厘片、红花黄色素注射液等。鹿瓜多肽注射液多联合应用的西药分别是头孢唑林、肝素、七叶皂苷钠注射液、骨肽注射液、甘露醇等。结论复杂网络分析显示鹿瓜多肽治疗骨折最常联用的药物:与中药联合使用前3位分别为金天格胶囊、脉血康胶囊、接骨七厘片。与西药联合使用前3位分别为:头孢唑林、肝素、七叶皂苷钠注射液。
Objective To analyze the common medication regimen of Cucumis Polypeptide Injection in the treatment of fractureand provide reference for the clinical application of Cucumis Polypeptide Injection in the treatment of fracture.Methods A total of 13554 inpatients in 26 hospitals who used Cucumis Polypeptide Injection were collected.The model was established using Apriori algorithm,and the association analysis was conducted using Clementine 12.0 to analyze the results of the combination of core Chinese medicine,core western medicine and core Chinese and western medicine.Results Based on the analysis of core drug complex network diagram,core drug association rule diagram,core drug 2 frequent itemset distribution table and core drug node degree distribution table,it showed that the most commonly-used traditional Chinese medicine for Cucumis Polypeptide Injection were Jintiange Capsule(金天格胶囊),Maixuekang Capsule(脉血康胶囊),Jiegu Qili Tablet(接骨七厘片),Dieda Qili Tablet(跌打七厘片),Honghua Huangsesu Injection(红花黄色素注射液),etc.The western medicine included cefazolin,heparin,Sodium Aescinate Injection,Bone Peptide Injection,mannitol,etc.Conclusion The complex network analysis showed that the most commonly-used drugs in the treatment of fracture were Jintiange Capsule,Maixuekang Capsule and Jiegu Qili Tablet.The first three compounds used in combination with western medicine were cefazolin,heparin and Aescinoside Sodium Injection.
