摘要
目的:观察中药促进胫腓骨骨折愈合的临床效果。方法:85例共108侧胫腓骨骨折患者,经急诊行Grosse_kempfixation钉(GK钉)髓内固定后,观察组给予口服促进骨折愈合中药接骨紫金丹加减,对照组不服中药,观察两组骨折愈合疗效。结果:两组在弃拐下地行走时间上差异无显著性(P>0.05) ,而骨折愈合评定和在拆除固定后骨折再发生或畸型率随访中有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用GK钉固定治疗的胫腓骨骨折加服接骨紫金丹对促进骨折愈合疗效作用显著。
Purpose:To observe the curative effects of Jie Gu Zhijindan on promoting the union of tibiofibular fracture.Methods:85patients with108tibiofibular fractures were put into two groups after being fixed by Grosse_kemp fixation in emergency operation.The treatment group was treated with modified Jie Gu Zhijindan orally to promote the union of tibiofibular fracture,while the control group did not take any herbal medicine.The observation was made to see the curative effects on tibiofibular fracture.Results:The recovering time for walking without crutch was almost the same(P>0.05),however,there were significant differences in the evaluation of fracture-union,the fractural recurrence or the teratological rate after the removal of the fixation(P<0.05).Conclusions:Jie Gu Zhijindan can obviously promote the union of tibiofibular fracture with Grosse_kemp fixation.
