摘要
通过三种孕激素发情栓剂在繁殖季节和非繁殖季节的发情调控效果比较,同时分析三种栓剂在使用中各自存在的优缺点,证明三种栓剂在有效调控母羊发情、妊娠,影响母羊发情率和受胎率方面差异不显著(P>0.05),而由黑龙江省农科院畜牧中心自制的孕激素发情栓能够在繁殖季节和非繁殖季节有效调控母羊发情、妊娠,并以其制作成本低、易于操作的优点,便于在绵羊生产中大范围推广应用。
Effect comparison of three progesterone plugs on oestrous control of sheep in breeding seasons and non-breeding season was conducted. After analyzing the advantage and the disadvantage of the three different progesterone plugs, the results indicated that there were no significant differences among three progesterone plugs（P〉0.05）in pregnancy,oestrous rate and fecundated rate. It was observed that the progesterone plug produced by the Center for Animal Husbandry Research of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences could effectively control pregnancy. Because of its low cost and the convenience in operation, the progesterone plug could be popularized in the reproduction of sheep widely.
