摘要
分析了波尔山羊胚胎移植时受胎率的影响因素。研究表明:山羊供、受体发情同步差在±24h之内较好,尤其以受体羊撤栓早12h最佳;移植最佳季节为9—10月份;胚龄对移植效果能产生较大影响,囊胚移植成活率最高可达80%,移胚数量以2枚为宜;母性强的受体移植效果优于母性差的品种;良好的饲养管理可提高移植效果。
This article analyzed the effect factors on pregnant rate in ET of Beor Goat. The study shows that： It is better that the different time of estrus synchronization of donor and recipient would be in ＋24h, especially in - 12h would be the best. The best season of ET is in September to October. The development stage of embryo can affect the effect of transfer. The transfer rate can reach 80% in stage of blastocyst. The best number of transfer embryo is two. And the effect of ET in recipient of good maternity is better than that of bad recipient breed .The better feeding and management can improve the effect of ET.
