摘要
目的:研究温阳活血中药复方对冠心病阴虚血瘀证大鼠血小板GPⅡb-Ⅲa的影响。方法:建立冠心病阴虚血瘀证大鼠模型;同时观察温阳活血中药复方对冠心病阴虚血瘀证大鼠血小板GPⅡb-Ⅲa的影响。结果:温阳活血中药复方治疗组与模型组比较,能够显著降低血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)分子数,与对照组比较效果尤佳且有明显的量效关系。结论:温阳活血中药复方能够降低GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体的含量,阻断"外-内"信号转导途径,减少GPⅡb/Ⅲa与Fg的结合量,达到抑制血小板聚集的作用。
Objective ：To research the effect of warming yang and promoting blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation to GPⅡb-Ⅲa on rat model due to heart Yang deficiency and blood stasis of coronary heart disease. Methods ：induce the rat to have CHD due to heart Yang deficiency and blood stasis. Moreover observe the effect of warming yang and promoting blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation to GPⅡb-Ⅲa on rat model due to heart Yang deficiency and blood stasis of coronary heart disease. Results ：The group of warming yang and promoting blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation showed the evident difference with the model group,it could decrease the level of the platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb-Ⅲa′s molecule amount, and have a obvi- ous good effect with the comparison group. Conclusion ： The warming yang and promoting blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation could decrease the level of GPⅡb-Ⅲa receptor＇s content, interdiction the “outside - in signalling pathway” ,reduce the combine of GPⅡb/Ⅲa and Fg,constrain the aggregation of platelet.
