摘要
冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化或冠状动脉功能性改变使官腔狭窄或闭塞导致心肌缺血缺氧而引起的心脏病。虽然冠心病的病位在心,但与肾有着非常密切的关系,冠心病属本虚标实之证,痰、气、瘀为致病之标,肾虚是致病之本。历代医家,多以痰瘀论治,这只是治标之法,不仅难以杜绝成痰之源,而且不能使痰无由化生。因此,在治疗冠心病时应重视补肾,通过补肾以达到治病必求于本的目的。
Coronary heart disease is coronary atherosclerosis or coronary artery functional changes in the bureaucratic stenosis or occlusion of myocardial ischemia and anoxia caused by heart disease. Although coronary heart disease locates in heart, it has very close relationship with kidney, coronary heart disease is syndrome which root is deficiency and the branch is excess evils including phlegm, qi and blood stasis, the kidney weakness is the pathogenicity of this. The ancient physicians treat this disease from phlegm and blood stasis. It can not only stop the production of phlegm, but make the other pathogens failing to transforming into phlegm. Therefore, attention should be paid in the treatment of coronary heart disease and kidney, getting the clinical effect by supplmenting kidney.
