摘要
农用地等指数、农用地定级指数及征地区片价三者之间存在着一定的相关关系,且其相关性达到了一定的程度,而农用地定级指数与征地区片价的相关程度要高于农用地等指数,因此可以以定级指数为基础进行区片价的测算工作。基于农用地定级指数构建综合分值模型法测算征地区片价。在农用地分等定级工作做得比较扎实的地区,通过分值模型法进行征地区片价的测算可以节约大量人力、物力和财力,且得出的结果真实可靠,能够满足实践应用的要求。
Relativities existing among agricultural land classification index （ALCI）, agricultural land gradation index （ALGI） and expropriated land prices （ELP） reaches to some degree that the relativity between ALCI and ELP is higher than ALGI; hence, ALGI can be used to value expropriated lands based on comprehensive score mode（CSM）, In some areas where ALCI and ALGI are well done, it is economical to value expropriated lands with reliable results that can meet needs if CSM applied.
